UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
Design and optimize user interactions for web applications and AI-powered interfaces
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and improvements
Develop and maintain UI/UX guidelines and design system
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
Create user flows and journey maps for complex AI workflows
Design intuitive interfaces for technical AI tools and features
Ensure consistent user experience across all products
Translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly interfaces
Participate in design sprints and product innovation sessions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
Experience designing for complex technical products
Strong visual design and typography skills
Understanding of accessibility standards
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of modern web technologies and constraints
Experience with AI/ML products is a plus
